TradeFlow
How TradeFlow achieved 24/7 multilingual support without a single overnight shift.
TradeFlow
TradeFlow's traders don't sleep. Neither do their support needs. When Arabic, Spanish, and English queries started piling up after midnight with no coverage, they deployed CAPSE in 4 days and shut down the overnight shift entirely.

Use case
Multilingual 24/7 support
6 million traders in 183 countries. One support team that couldn't follow the sun.
TradeFlow operates a global CFD trading platform serving retail and professional traders across Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America. Their user base doesn't observe a single time zone — or a single language. Arabic traders in Dubai are most active at 9 AM GST, which is 2 AM for TradeFlow's London support team. Spanish-speaking traders in Mexico are calling during their lunch break, which is overnight in Europe. The result was a support operation with a structural gap nobody wanted to talk about: twelve hours of every day where response times degraded, tickets piled up, and traders making high-stakes financial decisions couldn't reach anyone who spoke their language. "We had built an excellent support team in London," said Nadia Al-Rashid, VP Customer Experience. "The problem wasn't quality — it was coverage. We couldn't staff around the clock in three languages without costs that didn't make sense for the business."
Three structural gaps that no hiring plan could fix.
Overnight coverage gap
Between midnight and 8 AM London time, TradeFlow had skeleton coverage at best. Tickets from Arabic and Spanish-speaking markets accumulated overnight and weren't addressed until the London team arrived. For traders with active positions, a 6-hour response time was commercially unacceptable.
Language coverage that depended on individual agents
TradeFlow's Arabic-speaking support relied on two agents. When either was absent, Arabic queries routed to English-speaking agents who relied on translation tools — slowing resolution and introducing accuracy risks for compliance-sensitive queries like KYC status and account verification.
Compliance risk in every multilingual interaction
Financial support carries regulatory obligations that don't bend for language barriers. Mis-stated account status, incorrect KYC information, or ambiguous dispute guidance could trigger compliance violations regardless of whether the error happened in English, Arabic, or Spanish.

What About Us
"I was blown away by the storytelling in every frame. The vintage film simulation added such a nostalgic, warm feel to our session, capturing those intimate, fleeting moments we would have otherwise missed."
